The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the intercity bus station. the staff were very helpful and polite, and they made sure all our needs were met. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a decent breakfast that we could start our day with.
The rooms could use a bit of maintenance, especially when it comes to the bathroom facilities.

Just a short walk from the station, it offers convenience and accessibility. the breakfast is decent, with a variety of options to satisfy most cravings, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some reviews mentioned the friendly staff and great wireless.

The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions. The staffs were friendly and provided good service at all times. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the morning.
Our romantic escape was marred by a few negatives. The room was poorly maintained, the bed looked old, and the sheets were not clean. The air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We also encountered problems with the Wi-Fi and the TV channels were limited. our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped and we would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a romantic escape.

I appreciated the proximity to the intercity bus station and the helpful and honest staff at this hotel. Despite its basic amenities, the price was reasonable for a quick overnight stay in this city. Additionally, the woman at the front desk was a professional and nice person who assisted us with getting a dongle for Wi-Fi.
